Kemah Mardi Gras Parade
Join us and the Krewe du Lac on Saturday, February 11, as we participate in the Kemah Mardi Gras Parade. We will have a booth and some of our adoptable dogs in the parade. Visit their website for more information on this event and much more Mardi Gras festivities.

Cupids & Canines
Join us at Camp Bow Wow Kemah, Wednesday, February 15, from 5 - 8 p.m. for Canines & Cupids, A Fur-mal Affair with Bow-ties and Mut-tinis. Dress up your furry friends to win prizes and enjoy drinks and treats for humans and pups. Lisa Jane New of Eden Photography will be taking pup portraits and there will be microchipping services available. Proceeds from this fun event will benefit Bay Area Pet Adoptions.

Help us receive food from the Animal Rescue Site's Click to Give Program. The more often you click, the greater the chance we have of receiving a donation. You can even sign up for daily reminders here.

Kroger Donation Program
Join the Kroger Neighbor to Neighbor Donation Program and a percentage of your Kroger purchases will be donated to us. It's easy, just download our Kroger barcode here and take it to Kroger to be enrolled in the program. Don't forget to give a copy to your friends. This is one more way you can help us help the animals. If you have already done this prior to June 1, 2010, please have them rescan the barcode. The program runs from June 1 - May 31 every year and you must rescan the barcode after May 31. Thank you!

Sponsor a Kennel
You can sponsor a kennel at Bay Area Pet Adoptions/SPCA and they make great gifts. Costs for kennel sponsorship are $200.00 for dog or puppy kennels and $100.00 for cat kennels. Once your custom made sign is mounted on your kennel, an announcement and photo will be sent to you. Sponsorships are good for one year an may be renewed. Microchip Your Pet
A lost pet can be heartbreaking and the search often unsuccessful. Microchipped animals have the best chance of recovery because the microchip is a permanent form of identification. Bay Area Pet Adoptions can now microchip your pet, for a donation, and that includes the initial registration. Call for an appointment.
